Prices do not include recreation charge (20 CZK per person per day).
Prices include bed linen, towels, toiletries and after check out cleaning. Free parking.
Pets are not permitted and smoking is only allowed outside the building.
Information for guests:
Check-in on arrival date from 15:00 to 20:00 (unless otherwise arranged).
Rooms to be vacated on departure date by 10:00 (unless otherwise arranged).
50% of total accommodation fee to be deposited in account number 2002735421/2010 within 10 days of confirmation of booking.
Cancelation conditions:
- More than 30 days before arrival date- full deposit returned.
- 15 - 30 days before arrival date - 50 %
- 14 and fewer days before arrival date - no return of deposit
In cases of early departure or shortening of stay, there is no financial reimbursement.
Out-of-court consumer dispute resolution (ADR)
In the event that a consumer dispute arises between us and a consumer under a purchase contract or a contract for the provision of services that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may submit a proposal for out-of-court resolution of such a dispute to the designated body for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes, which is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.
